Silver Basin Strategies, LLC is a Democratic political consulting firm based in Henderson, Nevada. We provide campaign services on our own behalf and on behalf of candidate campaigns, committees, and causes.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing silverbasin.vegas, providing your information through any form we operate, or opting in to receive text messages from Silver Basin, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Website Use
You agree to use silverbasin.vegas lawfully. You may not:

SMS/MMS Program Terms

Program description
By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Silver Basin Strategies about candidate campaign activities and questions on candidate and issue support, as well as volunteer opportunities and other event invitations.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on campaign activity and proximity to election dates. You may receive a higher number of messages in the weeks leading up to an election and fewer messages between cycles.
Standard rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan. Silver Basin does not charge for messages; your carrier may.
HELP and STOP
Reply HELP to any Silver Basin message for help, or contact us at info@silverbasin.vegas.
Reply STOP to any Silver Basin message at any time to be removed from that program. Where a program uses a keyword, STOP will unsubscribe you from that keyword. You may request removal from all Silver Basin text messaging programs by contacting us.
Delivery
We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device, and other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Carriers
Our messaging services are supported on major U.S. carriers.
Program changes
We may modify, suspend, or terminate any text messaging program at any time. Program terms may vary by client campaign; where a specific campaign has its own program terms, those terms will be provided at enrollment and take precedence for that program.
Silver Basin Strategies does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, opt-in information, or SMS consent information with any third party for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
Mobile information will only be shared with service providers strictly as necessary to deliver messages you have consented to receive (for example, our SMS aggregator and carrier partners), and will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and website usage information.
Intellectual Property
silverbasin.vegas and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the Silver Basin Strategies name and mark, the Foundry and Bellows names, and site code — are owned by Silver Basin Strategies, LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our name, logo, or content without our prior written permission.
