Noah founded Silver Basin after nearly a decade in campaigns and government. He started as Finance Manager on Chris Giunchigliani's 2018 gubernatorial campaign, managed races for the Nevada Senate Democrats and other candidates, and worked in state government, including legislative affairs at the Colorado River Commission of Nevada.
Kacie leads creative on every Silver Basin campaign, from the first logo to the last mail piece: photography, social content, digital ads, literature, and direct mail. She's also the firm's scheduler, keeping the candidate calendar, deadlines, and events in order, and she helps run the field program day to day.
Chris runs political strategy at Silver Basin and leads the firm's data and field work. He shapes the message and targeting on every race, and he runs the field program, from canvassing and phone banking through Get Out the Vote.
