Individual candidate campaigns and committees for which Silver Basin provides services may operate under their own privacy policies. Where a specific campaign maintains its own policy, that policy will be linked at the point of sign-up and governs data collected specifically for that campaign.

- Contact information (name, mobile phone number, email address, mailing address)
- Voter registration or affiliation information you choose to share
- Interests, event RSVPs, volunteer availability, and other information related to the campaigns and causes you support
- Consent records for text messaging enrollment, including the form, date, method, and language of consent

- Standard log information (IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamps)
- Basic usage analytics
We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on silverbasin.vegas.
How We Use Information

Text Messaging (SMS/MMS)
Enrollment
You may opt in to receive text messages from Silver Basin — or from a campaign that Silver Basin operates on behalf of a client — by any of the following methods:
- Providing your mobile number and consent on a paper sign-up form
- Providing your mobile number and consent through a web form
- Texting an advertised keyword to a shortcode or long code
- Any other clearly-described opt-in method presented at the point of collection
Program content
By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Silver Basin Strategies about candidate campaign activities and questions on candidate and issue support, as well as volunteer opportunities and other event invitations.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on campaign activity and proximity to election dates. You may receive a higher number of messages in the weeks leading up to an election and fewer messages between cycles.
Standard rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan. Silver Basin does not charge you for messages; your carrier may.
HELP and STOP
Reply HELP to any Silver Basin message for help. Reply STOP to any Silver Basin message at any time to be removed from that program. You may also request removal from all Silver Basin text messaging programs by contacting info@silverbasin.vegas.
Carriers
Our messaging services are supported on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Silver Basin Strategies does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, opt-in information, or SMS consent information with any third party for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
Mobile information will only be shared with service providers strictly as necessary to deliver messages you have consented to receive (for example, our SMS aggregator and carrier partners), and will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain personal information as long as necessary to provide services, comply with applicable law (including campaign finance and consumer protection laws), and maintain records of consent. Records of SMS consent are retained at least for the period required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and applicable carrier requirements.
Your Rights
You may:
- Ask what information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements
- Opt out of any Silver Basin text messaging program at any time by replying STOP or contacting us

Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us or stored on our systems.
