About the Committee

Shenea Booth for Nevada Assembly is the principal campaign committee for Shenea Booth, a candidate for Assembly District 22 in the State of Nevada.

The Committee's communications, data, and technology are managed by Silver Basin Strategies, LLC under a written service agreement. Silver Basin operates the Committee's website hosting on silverbasin.vegas, its text-message program (through Twilio, Inc.), and its data platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, opting into our SMS program, submitting a contribution, or otherwise using the Committee's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you're using the services on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or organization to these Terms.

Eligibility

To contribute to the Committee or to participate in our programs, you must be:

• At least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state, whichever is greater);
• A U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (green card holder);
• Contributing your own personal funds (not those of another person, a corporation, a labor union, a government contractor, or a foreign national);
• Not a federal government contractor with respect to a federal contract in force at the time of contribution.

If any of these criteria don't apply to you, please do not contribute. Contributions from prohibited sources will be returned or reported to authorities as required by law.

Political Contributions

4.1 Contribution limits

Contributions to Nevada candidate committees are limited by Nevada law (see NRS Chapter 294A) and — where applicable — by federal law. Current Nevada limits for candidates for legislative office may apply on a per-election basis. You are responsible for staying within the applicable legal limits. If your contribution would exceed the legal limit, the Committee may refund or partially refund the excess.

4.2 Nature of contributions

• Contributions to political candidates and committees are NOT tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
• Contributions are final and non-refundable except as required by law (e.g., contributions returned as impermissible or excessive).
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions may be reported to your bank and may result in you being barred from future contributions.

4.3 Required information

Federal and Nevada campaign finance law requires the Committee to collect and report the following for each contribution over the applicable threshold: full name, mailing address, occupation, and employer. Providing false information about a contribution is prohibited under 52 U.S.C. § 30122 (federal "straw donor" prohibition) and analogous Nevada law.

4.4 Payment processing

Contributions submitted through our website are processed by ActBlue, a Massachusetts-registered nonprofit and federal political committee that acts as a conduit for contributions to candidates and committees. Your payment information is handled by ActBlue under its own terms and privacy policy, which you should review at www.actblue.com.

4.5 Prohibited contributions

You may not contribute if you are:

• A foreign national (52 U.S.C. § 30121);
• A national bank or corporation organized under federal law, or an entity that is not permitted to contribute under state or federal law;
• A federal government contractor (52 U.S.C. § 30119);
• Making the contribution in the name of another person or with funds provided by another person for that purpose ("straw donor," prohibited by 52 U.S.C. § 30122 and analogous Nevada law);
• Under 18 years of age.

Text Message (SMS) Program

Our SMS program is subject to the terms described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and the terms of your mobile carrier. In summary:

• Text STOP to any of our messages to opt out at any time.
• Text HELP for help.
• Message frequency varies; expect more messages closer to Election Day.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Mobile numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

By providing your mobile number to the Committee — through our website, at an event, in a paper form, or by replying YES/START to a message — you consent to receive automated text messages from the Committee at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law;
• Impersonate the Committee, the candidate, any Committee staff member, or any other person;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, our servers, or any related systems;
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the website through automated means without our written permission;
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, photos, and the "Shenea Booth for Nevada Assembly" name and campaign branding — is the property of the Committee or Silver Basin Strategies, LLC, or is used with permission. You may not use, copy, or distribute Committee content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share Committee content on social media and in personal communications supporting the campaign.

The candidate's name, likeness, and image are used with the candidate's consent for campaign purposes only.

User Submissions

If you submit content to the Committee (a testimonial, photo, quote, story, video, or written comment), you grant the Committee a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish that content in campaign communications, on our website, on social media, in printed materials, and in television, radio, and digital advertising. You represent that the content is yours to submit and does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

If you don't want your submission used publicly, tell us at the time you submit it.

Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may link to third-party services and sites, including ActBlue, social media platforms, news outlets, and vendor portals. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The website and the Committee's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or damages arising from your use of email, SMS, telephone, or postal communications with the Committee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Committee, Silver Basin Strategies, LLC, our vendors, our officers, our directors, our staff, or our volunteers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you have contributed to the Committee in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Committee, Silver Basin Strategies, LLC, and our respective officers, directors, staff, vendors, and volunteers from any claim, loss, or damage — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page and by posting a notice on www.sheneafornevada.com. Your continued use of the website or services after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Entire Agreement; Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Committee regarding your use of our website and services. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
